* The reduced fee is available for delegates attending from countries with a GNI per capital of less than 20.000 USD (based on the available details of 2025).
Click the link here to download the data extract from the World Development Indicators to check whether you are eligible for the reduced fee. Also delegates from countries recognized by OESO as developing countries can choose to pay the reduced fee.
** The students' fee is available for undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students in the current (i.e. 2025-26 northern hemisphere, 2026 southern hemisphere) academic year of the conference and also for students who graduated during the 2025 calendar year.
Proof of student status will be required at during the online registration process (e.g. with a staff id/student card or other documentation of affiliation).
